Initially Cooch had us running around in circles, several of which were located within the Burnley Gardens. Over the years, Lakeside has run 7593 runs through Richmond and I don’t think we’ve ever been through Burnley Gardens so points to Cooch for trailing over new ground. There was lots of running along the Yarra River then up the hill into suburbia, albeit the very superior suburbia surrounding Scotch College. More superior suburbia and more Yarra River took us to a wonderful drink stop near Heyington Station overlooking the river, then on-home past St Kevins College. Excellent BBQ served up by E&B.
Walk Report
Mummies Boy – he did the longest ever walkers trail by losing the other walkers and the trail. Route was aesthetically pleasing (he means there was beautiful scenery), went past Kooyong Tennis Courts and onto drink stop with great view. 99/100
