Run Reports
Deeper gave a detailed run report.
The first corner was 50 metres from the venue, then a whopping 2km until the next turn. Also a whopping 2 checks in the run after running 8 km to find there were no more at all, speaking of none there was a decided lack of on backs, ie none.
Fortunately there was a train crossing to slow us down at least once.
There was small amounts of flour trail amongst the huge piles of elephant crap as bushland took us behind a visiting circus. Most of us short cutted the lake which was a lovely sight, shame to have missed it. A long run along side the train tracks headed us back towards home.
Final comment ‘it was a f…ing long one………….
Astro commented it was the best Hash walk he’d ever been on, perhaps because he’d never walked before. Had a few beers at the Preston Hotel on the way, then to the Preston market.
Beautiful walk.
Score – 15 off for the checks they should have had and 6 more for the on backs they could have had. Deeper awarded 23 out of the possible 123, unsure of the final score awarded amongst the confusion.
