Run 1070, 15 Dec 2004 Hare: Committee Venue:The Boomerang’s, 4/39 Horne St Elsternwick
This run was rated as MAGNIFICIENT! What more could you ask for two weeks before christmas. The pack was kept together and Father gave it a score of 65 out of 69. Heaven only knows where Boomer lost points but maybe the dunny was dirty or something.
Boomer was given a charge and, for the about the first time in his reign as GM, he actually took it – which probably should’ve earned him another charge.
The Hare’s helpers in providing the tucker were: Miss Pigy for the yummy christmas cake with green cherries and almond flavoring – a truly delicious morning tea for the following day; Tiger Moth for the salad; Shaggy for the ham; SBD brought nothing; Rigby for the fantastic and huge plum pudding. Not trying to be disparaging to the cooks, however it was pointed out that it would’ve been more fitting if Miss Piggy had’ve brought the ham.

Barter Bitchwas given a charge for leaving her clothes under Clit’s bed.
Clit and Gummy were awarded for being in very high spirits – or is that the christmas spirit – either way I think they were pretty high because Sooty was driving and so they got stuck into Santa’s free booze, I think. Kling On, Miss Piggy, Father, GG and Pointy all were also charged for being into the christmas spirits but Gummy took the cake by being dressed up the best.
We celebrated the visiting Royalty – the Melbourne Grand Master, Irish – who was noisier than I ever remember him being before… perhaps he got stuck into the christmas spirits too, or is it something to do with visiting royalty have to be entertaining. Oh well, he used to be Lakeside so we welcomed him warmly, until he gave us some lesson on the orange and the green which is when everyone just turned off.
Klingon got charged for thinking of our future with his e-mail being dated April 2005; Stuckon for dingling Clitis’s dong; and Punch for being a turn on at missing her turn-off when driving a nudist home from the last run. (!!! Was Kockup still away?)
Normally at this point of time I’d be telling you about next week’s run, but considering that was actually last night and I think you were all there – including the virgin scotsman, Ian, who almost showed a Glaswegian temper whent the pub forgot his fish n chips – so I’ll take the rest of the year off and see you all next year.
