Run 1191, 07 February 2007 Hare: Crabbo & Upper Class Tart Venue: not the Albion Hotel, 146 Evans St Port Melb

It is not bad to have a change though it might make GG unhappy. What an unexpected and well set run. Does it start from Albion Hotel? If it starts from there, does it end there as well? Where do we have our dinner? Do we know Crabbo?

Crabbo and Upper Class Tart did their best to teach us the difference between a false trail and on back but few didn’t get it including Shah. While we were waiting at the car park for Udder to change, we were told that Albion Hotel manager was thinking too classy to accept bunch runners or may be drinkers at his pub.

So, what shall we do Crabbo? Let’s start the run, we will see?

Run started by crossing the road and finding there is indeed another pub across the road which could have been chosen. Run took us to Port Melbourne avenues and hesitated to take us to the beach till almost the end of the run. We visited lots of different historical venues which now were converted to residential apartments.

Finally we walked to the beach and found Crabbo waiting for us at the drink stop in the Station Pier. After juicy drinks we found out that we still don’t know where we are going. Upper Class Tart set a loop in a hurry to give her enough time to get a deal with D’lish Fish for $6.95. At the end of run we took refuge to the fish and chips shop from the wind before witnessing the sun set while having dinner.

Dinner followed by penguin type circle to keep us warm. The circle was short because Cheesecake didn’t put enough beers into the skies. After all, we supposed to stay at Albion Hotel. GG lost for the first time as result of changing the venue. Crabbo and Upper Class Tart were the first couple who could make this happen.

Crabbo set a true difficult runs and arrows often were hided behind the posts or next to the trees and not too easy to find. Lethal (333) and Flee Bag (3) had significant runs was Nolin was our extreme virgin. Mommies Boy retuned but felt uncomfortable in his calf and Klingon took his charge.

Mothball took over the circle and couldn’t forget of Cheesecake mismanagement in nominating hares for the runs and E&B’s call that Barterbitch doesn’t do the Red Dress Run which found out not to be true. E&B suggested “6 O’clock doctor” for Stuart which needed further discussion, but NickelB was cranky with Mothball for not calling On-On when he finds the trail.

Lots Fun, Lakeside HHH religious advisor, was blamed for the cold windy weather and Crabbo was proud Pom for the England victory.
