Run 1289, 22 October 2008 Hare: Mummies Boy Venue: East Brunswick Club Hotel, 280 Lygon Street, East Brunswick

A select group – 13 – on a cool and breezy night. From Lygon Street down to Merri Creek, through footy and soccer grounds(game in progress) and back along the streets. 2Bottoms described it as an excellent run with lots of loops,  an odd check with only one arrow, and a strange set of questions to be answered on the way. Score 59/69. Downgraded for late food for Udder GG and 2Bottoms.   Special Runs:-     Point Post – 636     Mummies Boy – 321 – Blast off!     CodPiece – 60 – now run count is more than her age. Charges.     Shit of a Shovel – Exercising on run?     Udder and 2Bottoms caught the correct, #1, tram, but got off early.     Humper – visitor from the real Brighton.     Sooty – only paying 50c at the bar for his drink. “You guys can take care of that”               – but also winning $337 on Lotto.     African explorers – Nicklby and LotsaFun – returning  – with $20billion note.     Nicklby and LotsaFun  – canoeing with Hippos – the most dangerous animal in Africa.     GG and 2Bottoms fo r high waisted trousers!     Our highly educated runners (2 doctors) are dyslexic – “on lead area” for Chico became “no lead area”         Klingon charged.     Udder – the same one who got of the tram earlier – had a map!     Udder – the fiscal genius – paying for Sooty’s drink – “I’ll pay half” – left $1.20.     Humper – impersonating a Celtic striker.     Point Post – for writing too much.     Shit of a Shovel – his “bargain soccer shirt” was in fact Celtic unloading their away strip.     2Bottoms – mumble pants.     Point Post – still writing. Answers to questions.         “straight up the guts” same answer to 2 questions.         “smooth menhir”         “head” – but in fact the whole statue was missing!
