Brexit, Shmexit, the turmoil back in Old Blighty didn’t distract our young filly, Sweaty Box from setting a positively spiffing run along Merri Creek and through Northcote. Young SB organised a brisk canter for all her Lakeside chums featuring some topping views from Ruckers Hill back across the city. There was a clever and tricky check in Edinburgh Gardens causing some hashers to push down their mental accelerators really hard, but eventually we broke the check, causing Prickly Bush to remove herself sharpish from the vicinity of some very sound, spruce looking, fit young chaps with whom she’s been exchanging pleasantries. Several of us pulled a fetlock and weren’t able to manage the last few jumps, including Klingon, Cheesecake and Swingers.

Walk report by Cut Loose- walkers did the runners trail and some were faster than runners eg.pacemaker Pointy was faster than Cheesecake, well marked with lots of chalk. 30/30.
Run report by Aristokat – 13.2 km excellent length, ran through Edinburgh Gardens with possums (the possums didn’t actually run, they just peed, poo-ed and screwed, loudly), we ran around towards Northcote, Ruckers Hill provided a magnificent view of the city, we ran lots of ups and downs and round abouts. 30/30.
