Run 1090, 25 April 2005 Hares: MHHH 34th anniversary run Venue: Selby Picnic Reserve, Selby.
Lethal, GG, Tangles, Rolf Harris, Boomerang and myself ran with Melbourne Hash in Anzac day. Run started in Selby area which is famous for its Puffin Billy. Run had few steep hills and we crossed the old train line few times. We got few checks and on backs till ultimately we found our way to the drink stop across the road from home. Weather was perfect and drink stop was well prepared with bear and Ginger Bear with Anzac brand biscuits. Irish started the circle by inviting few GMs that ran with us like Shingles, Jockette and Top Gun. Lethal and GG were showing their commitment to the hash by wearing T-shirts from HBA 10-01-81 which was the run in the Selby Park 24 years back. Tina, Drink Stop’s wife, got Don’t Stop hash name in a wet ceremony.
Charges: Boomerang and Shingles – not bringing their bikes. Poll Pot for bringing German sausage and Turkish bread in Anzac day. Phantom – not bringing his family in a family run. Shah and 635 for copying reports from each other. 635 brought a Cain cutter from Fiji for Phantom with too much Hasel in Melbourne Airport quarantine section. Hence, Don’t stop who works in Melbourne Airport and Phantom got Down Down. Fax and Killy Root were charged for camping trip photos. Loobra got a leach in the run and was charged for giving blood in the run. Gun Foot was honored Prick of the Week.
