Run 1137, 01 Mar 2006 Hare: Whippet Venue: Docklands Park – Corner of Bourke St. Extension and Harbour Esplanade, Docklands
Gerbils and Whippet freshly returned from the trip to Thailand, set the run on Sunday, but unlike Sooti’s run, we could find our way fairly easy. Whippet was in Queensland and Girbils served a hot Thai sausage meal. The run started alongside the river and passed the structure which I can’t described it better that a giant moving circle with plenty of arms which Mothball believed is working by wind power. We then checked few solar powered boats, crossed the freeway in the smelly industrial area of Port Melbourne. We finally got back home before the beer arrives.
Chris from London and Sod Zee from London & Prague Hash were our visitors while NickleB and Lotsa Fun returned to the hash after two weeks in Malaysia and two weeks in Thailand. Prince (161), Shah (69), Cheesecake (222) and GG (656) had significant runs while Snowbitch received her award for her 50 runs. Udder took over the circle from Klingon and Started with calling for all Davids courtesy of St David’s Day.
Sod Zee brought his horn for hashing with us and Chris were accused of his young age and lack of experience. Udder spotted Klingon watching him pissing and Cheesecake used her waterways skills to declare that Port Melbourne is a catchment because there was a stream from Port Melbourne to Albert Park. Chris was lucky to escape from England after designing Wimble for Multiplex and E&B and Cooch used their time in Austria to check out the sex shops. Gerbils used a personal servant to clean the barbeque for her and Snowbitch called for all feminists for a down down and finally, E&B was inquiring why Anna didn’t mention her hash name, Colours, before.
