Run 1171, 04 October 2006 Hare: GG Venue: Fairbairn Park Toorak.

Typical GG’s run with the mystery spice of wrong Melway. GG could easily solve the problem by using the park name written in the Melway but this didn’t stop a handful of runners to show up. GG didn’t show up on time for the run, but we caught up with him in the first check which didn’t go that far.

From there onward, run was set properly and took the runners to few magnificent and expensive Toorak’s properties. Shah and Tigermoth made the walking group, browsing the Toorak’s precinct shops river sides. Everybody came back on time to witness GG’s preparation for the hot dinner. Dinner came inside the packed boxes which nobody could guess what they contain. After few rows of discussion between starving runners and GG, finally GG gave up and started opening the boxes and served us a yummy stew with potatoes which everybody liked except our only vegetarian, Dangerous, which ended up with bread and potato. Cooch was late for the run but witnessed the pack getting lost at the beginning of the run. Melbourne’s Hash arrows in the area though, helped everybody to guess where the run was heading as LHH’s run was MHH back to front. The run scored 26 from 23 and Shah gave the Taka 45 from 50.

Mothball started the circle by charging Udder for his new car and Klingon for collecting enough sheet bags in Toorak, the dog lovers’ heaven. Goliath was injured again, pulling his muscle. GG accused Cooch for throwing away the crockery despite GG’s reminder before the dinner.

Acting Sergeant in Arm, NickelB, took over from Mothball and charged him for stealing half of his charges. NickleB continues with giving a down down to Lotsa Fun punishing her for talking about dinner before, during and after the run. He also witnessed Shah and Tigermoth disappearance into the Toorak’s shopping precinct with Lakeside’s money. It appeared that Prince was the front runner identifying in all on – backs. Goliath then charged GG and Tigermoth for talking during the circle. It was revealed that the Dangerous didn’t run because she wasn’t wearing her Gym Bra.

Klingon then found GG responsible for Swans defeat in the final. There was also a row of charges between Lotsa Fun and E&B accusing each other for their result-less calling around to sell T-shirts. Udder got a down down for sitting during the circle before Pointy, NickelB and Pointy finishing the beer.
